Shipping policy

We ship orders once per week on Saturday's as the business owner works Monday-Friday at her full time job!

If you are from the UK, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks before contacting about a missing package.

If you are from anywhere else, please allow up to 4 weeks before contacting about a missing package.

We are NOT responsible for any lost packages that have been purchased without tracked shipping. If your parcel has tracking but still got lost, please contact us after the recommended wait time. 

Any preorder items or kickstarter pledges can take up to 4 months to be produced and shipped. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact me on my form here.
